Rejected submissions are form submissions that have been reviewed but didn’t meet the required criteria or were declined for other reasons by an approver in your workflow. You can easily find and review these submissions using Droplet’s filter options. Accessing rejected submissions allows you to identify patterns, address issues, or follow up as needed to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
Step-by-Step

Navigate to the All Submissions page (or, My Submissions, if you are searching for any rejected submissions which you had initiated).

Click on the Filters icon, located to the right of the search box, and select Status.

Selected 'Rejected' from the list of options and click the Add Filter button.
And there you go! You’ll see all of the Rejected submissions. If you want to narrow down your search further, feel free to add more filters or use the Search function to refine the list.
