How to Log-in to Droplet

Logging into Droplet is simple! Follow these steps to access your account:

Open your preferred web browser and go to app.droplet.io.

Type in the email address associated with your Droplet account and click Continue.

If multiple organizations share your email domain, you’ll be asked to select your specific organization.

If your organization uses SSO (Single Sign-On), like Google Workspace, you will be directed to sign in using your organization's email and password.

Otherwise, you'll be prompted to enter your Droplet password.

If this is your first time logging in, you’ll need to review and accept the Terms of Service.

Success! Once authenticated, you’ll be automatically routed to your Droplet dashboard.

Troubleshooting

If you experience any issues with logging in, try these troubleshooting options:
