How do I Remind someone about an In Progress Submission?

Modified on Mon, 6 Jan at 9:07 AM

You can prompt users to complete their assigned submissions quickly and efficiently with the Remind feature. This tool sends an email notification to selected users, nudging them to move their submissions forward in the workflow. You can even send reminders in bulk for multiple submissions, helping prevent delays and keeping everything on track.

Here’s How to Remind Someone

If you have the appropriate permissions in Droplet, you can select one or more submissions and trigger a reminder email from the Actions menu.

1

Navigate to the All Submissions page
You can also send reminders from the My Submissions page, too.

2

Filter
Filter for submissions that meet your criteria, such as ones that have been in-progress for longer than you'd like. You can filter by Updated Date, which should help fine-tune the submissions that might need reminders.

3

Select One or More
Check the checkbox next to each submission.  You can send multiple reminders at once, even if they are assigned to different assignees.

4

Select Remind
Open the Actions menu at the top of the list of submissions.  Then, select Remind.

5

Send!
A screen appears with the reminder recipients on the left side and the message on the right. Droplet automatically generated a clear, professional reminder email, but you can personalize it.

To personalize, click Edit Email. Then, you can modify the subject line and/or body content. When finished, click Back to Preview to see the changes.

When ready, click Send Reminder Email.
