The True/False component (sometimes referred to as a "boolean") is perfect for simple yes/no or true/false questions. It’s a flexible, space-saving way to gather quick, binary responses. Whether you’re collecting information from staff, students, or parents, this component simplifies decision-making by offering a straightforward choice.

When should I use a True/False?

The True/False component is ideal when you need to gather simple yes/no responses. Here are some common examples:

Acknowledgements and Confirmations
Great for confirming understanding of policies, such as “I have read and agree to the school’s internet use policy.”
Workflow Routing
You can use the true or false value to help determine how the submission should route.  For example, asking if a purchase is to be made using grant funds might then involve the grants administrator in the approval workflow.
