If you have a Role that’s no longer serving your organization, it’s time to deactivate it.
Before you do, remember that deactivating a Role will automatically remove it from all users currently assigned to it. Make sure this is the right move for your organization.
To deactivate a Role:

Head over to your Organization page and click on the Roles tab.
You’ll see a list of all active roles in your organization.

Find the Role you want to deactivate, click the three dots next to it, and select Deactivate from the menu.
