What happens if I saved my Draft Submission to the wrong email address and how can I fix it?

Accidentally entered the wrong email address before saving your submission? No problem. When this happens, your submission gets assigned to that incorrect email, but you have options to resolve it.

Here’s What To Do

If you have permission to reassign submissions:
You can reassign the draft to the correct email address. Once updated, you’ll be able to restart your step of the process either by using the link sent to your email or by signing into Droplet and navigating to your My Submissions page.


If you don’t have reassignment permissions:
In this case, you’ll need to reach out to your platform administrator or submit a support ticket to have the submission assigned to the correct email.
