Reason for Clearing Cache and Cookies
Over time, your browser stores bits of information (cookies and cache) to make websites load faster and remember your preferences. But sometimes, this stored data can cause issues, like preventing updates from showing up or causing errors. Clearing your cache and cookies gives your browser a fresh start.
Choose your Browser
Select which browser you use:
Google Chrome
Clearing Site-Specific Cookies
In Chrome with a Droplet tab open (app.droplet.io), select the Settings icon located left of the URL bar. Then, select Cookies and site data.
Select Manage on-device site data.
Click on the garbage icons next to the Droplet sites.
Refresh your webpage.
If the issue is not resolved by clearing the site-specific cookies, clear your browser cookies by following the next steps.
Use a shortcut keystroke to open the Browsing History menu.
Windows: Ctrl + Shift + Delete
Mac: Command + Shift + Delete
Ensure that All time is selected in the Time range dropdown.
Select all three checkboxes (Browsing history, Cookies and other site data, Cached images and files)
Click Delete data.
To clear your browser cache and cookies in Microsoft Edge, go to Settings > Privacy > Clear browsing data and select Ctrl+Shift+Del. You can also type "edge://settings/clearbrowserdata" in your address bar to access this function.
