If you're seeing an "Unauthorized Access" error like the one below on your screen upon login or while navigating through the Droplet Application, there is no cause for concern, it may be due to the Roles and Permissions set on your user account.
This message may appear for a couple of reasons:
- User's account doesn't have the Permissions required to access that specific activity (determined by Roles assigned to the user).
- All Roles have been removed from the user's account.
To correct this behavior:
- Try navigating to app.droplet.io or app.droplet.io/home and attempt to log in again.
- Ask your organization's Admin to assign a Role with the desired Permissions to the account.
